Finally, the DVDs are complete! Now, I can do the ultimate rewind. I was very happy to discover Volumes 51-52 when I went to the mall, Tuesday. I just thought of randomly checking if there are new DVDs released while buying some other stuffs.
Getting these volumes also means, I can now free some space in the external hard drive I’m using to record shows. I usually wait until the DVD is out before I delete the episodes I have recorded that corresponded with that particular volume. However, with the last month or so remaining episodes of Be Careful With My Heart in there, I never realized that doing so, would be a bit of an emotional moment for me!
I remembered all the times I would rush home to watch the episode I have recorded for the day, as I carefully went through my recorder, deleting episode after episode that I have painstakingly bookmarked and had watched several times.
I almost chickened out at some point. Crazy, isn’t it? It felt like I was not just deleting simple files but the memories associated with each episode I have stored in my hard drive, especially so as these were the episodes covering the last month of the series. In the end, I didn’t have the heart to delete the November 27 episode. The November 28 episode in the hard drive, I was really intending to keep, as it included the live Global Kapit-Bisig Day.
I may ‘fall in love’ with another, or is ‘loving’ another teleserye, (never thought I would still, but I’m currently hooked on On the Wings of Love, and how it happened is for another blog entry!), but BCWMH will always have a special place in my heart as this was the first teleserye I really, really got addicted to.
I wonder how long it would take me to do the ultimate BCWMH rewind! 🙂

Hi! Like you, I am also a fan and is currently collecting the volumes of BCWMH. However,I got a problem with the 3 volumes (43,44,45). All of them are not available in Astroplus that I visited. I checked one in SM Sta. Mesa and then another one in MOA. I found out that they’re out of stock. Do you have any idea where I can possibly get those three important copies? Thanks! 🙂

Hi Lexie, have you tried the Astroplus in SM North Edsa, the one in between the main mall and The Block? Also Odyssey stores? There is also the ABS-CBN shop sa ELJ Building ng ABS-CBN. May website din iyong ABS-CBN store. Not sure lang kung meron pa the volumes you are looking for. But maybe, it’s worth a try. Also pala, the video shop sa loob ng SM Department Store. I hope you will find the volumes you are looking for.

BTW I’m like you too, I’m certified OTWOLista nga rin, just like JoChard LT JaDine captured my heart, honestly I got no clue about them till I watched the first epi, romcom din kasi ang dating.

yes i can relate with you..like you i stored some of it in my lap top and i watch it during noon break ..and BCWH is the only teleserye (for now) na hooked ako. i even used my one day vacation leave just to watched on TV the last day of the show (thanks sa Iwantv too) …ha..ha

D talaga KO nagsasawa kahit ulit ulitin KO panuorin ang bcwmh iba ang impact niya sa akin. Kya nga nadiscover KO ang mga fanfic sa sobrang pagkamiss ko naghanap ako ng nag hanap…for now d2 muna tayo sa mga DVDs and fanfics..Sana lang bgo magasgas ang mga tapes nation e magkaroon na ng next project na msgkasama yun dalawa. How I really really wish.

BCWMH my one and only ❤💗💚💛💜💙 for life (siguro) dahil before wala akong kinaadikang teleserye, meron na may pinapanood paminsan minsan. then, after bcwmh, totally hindi na makarelate sa mga palabas ngayon. maraming bagay ang naibigay ng show sa karamihan sa atin, ang tambalang Richard&Maya kahit ano ang gawin, kinikilig at pinapasaya tayo isama pa ang lahat ng characters na kaugnay sa kanilang dalawa, mapa liit na ginagampanan naaalala natin. if someday maka come up ang mga network ng teleserya na the same theme ng BCWMH – BCWMH will always remain THE ORIGINAL and THE BEST for me and for most of us na hanap ay yung kwento na nakakapagbibigay hindi lamang ng kilig, saya at tawa sa ating mga manonood, nguhit higit sa lahat ang mga magagandang aral na naipakita nito sa atin. (nasobrahan nga ng pagka wholesome dahil may mga scenes na hindi naman masagwa, na edit out pa sa mismong broadcast day) 😠

im still wishing they will work together on tv kahit weekends lang,still hoping for season 2. loveteams come and go, i got hooked up also to few but still richard and maya are my favorite team up of all time I must say. yung lifeline ko ng kilig is through reading fanfictions and watching bcwmh randomly. sana they will be together again in a show

I have my complete set too. Most of the volumes are not even opened yet since I have tfc.tv subscription. I still watch random episodes on a regular basis. First and last time for me to get hooked and addicted to a pinoy teleserye. I had been trying to watch current teleseryes but after watching a few episodes, I just give up. I still miss the show…..

Got my whole set too Ms. A… I even watched those last 2 volumes in one seating… lucky for me when I visited Odyssey in SM North they were hidden inside the cabinet already as it were the last copies… it pays off to be persistent… haha… please do continue writing Ms. A… we will never be over the R&J loveteam… have a nice day Ms. A… 🙂
